Lim-Flex cattle developed by Kee Hill Farms, Beginning Waters Charolais, and
Ridgeway Family Limousin. Hosted in Union, West Virginia, the offering reflects a multi-
generational commitment to raising functional cattle that work for both commercial and
purebred operations. The partners have emphasized practical traits such as fertility,
soundness, and performance, while incorporating proven genetics through AI and
embryo transfer programs. This year’s sale group represents a continuation of that

All buyer numbers will only be issued with valid I.D. Payment is due the day of the sale by Cash or Good Check. All Cattle are to be paid for during or immediately after the sale and will not be released until proper settlement has been made. Those purchasing cattle through a sale consultant are asked to make appropriate arrangements through them for immediate payment. Embryos and embryo recipients will not be shipped or released until settlement has been made.
