DESCRIPTION:Project Horizon (Lexington\, VA) has been “dedicated to era
 dicating domestic\, dating\, and sexual violence through empow
 erment of survivors and by being a sanctuary for victims” 
 since 1982. For over 40 years\, we have provided counseling\, 
 advocacy and emergency shelter for victims whose homes are n
 ot safe places to be. Last year\, we answered 4\,796 hotline c
 alls\; provided 3\,494 nights of shelter to 101 victims and pr
 ovided counseling and advocacy for 664 victims. These life-s
 aving services are possible because of the generosity of peo
 ple like you. The Deck the Halls Gala will be held on Decemb
 er 14\, 2024\, but you don’t have to be present to participa
 te in the live auction. Bidding is open now! At approximatel
 y 8:00 pm on December 14\,  we will open the Live Auction fo
 r real-time on-line bidding. A few notes about the auction:
