DESCRIPTION:Project Horizon (Lexington\, VA) has been “dedicated to era
 dicating domestic\, dating\, and sexual violence through empow
 erment of survivors and by being a sanctuary for victims” 
 since 1982. For over 40 years\, we have provided counseling\, 
 advocacy and emergency shelter for victims whose homes are n
 ot safe places to be. Last year\, we answered 7\,051 hotline c
 alls\; provided 4\,969 nights of shelter to 211 victims and pr
 ovided counseling and advocacy for 803 victims. These life-s
 aving services are possible because of the generosity of peo
 ple like you. The Deck the Halls Ruby Gala will be held on D
 ecember 2\, 2023\, but you don’t have to be present to parti
 cipate in the live auction. Bidding is open now! At approxim
 ately 8:00 pm on December 2nd\, we will open the Live Auction
  for real-time on-line bidding. A few notes about the auctio
