DESCRIPTION:The Washington and Lee University Mock Convention is a mock 
 presidential nominating convention held every four years by 
 the students of W&L. Its goal is to predict who the party ou
 t of power will nominate to run for President of the United 
 States. Mock Convention will host a fundraising auction d
 uring Parents and Family Weekend 2023. The auction will take
  place on Thursday\, Oct. 5 from 5-7 p.m. in Evans Hall. Part
 icipants will have the opportunity to bid on exclusive event
 s such as a trip to the Piedmont region of Italy\, a Monday N
 ight Football experience with Troy Aikman or a Kentucky hors
